I just rec'd my GUA3700B and there is an issue with the GTX970 and Windows 10 that I can not resolve with updating the drivers. I am not a techie. What do I need to do to resolve this?

Post your full build specs.
Did you open the case and verify all components are plugged in and seated. Try a "clean" install of the drivers. If you are locking up or have BSOD's here a couple of links for ways and software to help identify a problem.

Is it spitting up the following message:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" or something else. If something else can you tell us exactly what an where/under what circumstances you are seeing it?
