Good benchmarks, weird performance?

Hi,

So I received my CyberpowerPC this Monday and since I have been pretty happy with it, a little disappointed I did not research the case as it did not comes with RGB fans as I thought but thats my fault. I tested and benchmarked everything and was impressed, very nice PC and did great in some benchmarks than average. 

Although it has had great benchmarks, the performance has me confused, I am playing in a 55 Inch monitor (temporarily while I get my 1440p 144HZ 27.1'' one), everything is maxed to ultra on every game (BFV, League of Legends) but somehow I cannot get higher than 60-61 FPS (99% of the time) on BFV, and cannot get over 175 FPS (MAX, 155 FPS AVG) on LoL? Other people with my build claim they can run BFV at 80-90 FPS at 4K Ultra, and 250-300 FPS on LoL. I have an I7 8700K, 16GB Corsair 3200MHZ and EVGA 2080Ti, nothing is overclocked and I might be missing some settings on Nvida as I have heard people talk about RTX ON/OFF, DLSS and I have no clue what that is? This is my first PC, can someone help me?

If your 55" monitor is 4K then your getting 50 -60 fps and thats correct.  If your wanting 80-90 fps @ 4k then buy a second rtx 2080ti .  4k is a ton of pixles to push, even for the most powerful gaming cards available.

Anyone claiming 80 - 90 fps with a single card is flat exaggurating if theyre talking about 4k.

Hmmm I'm gonna try those settings when I get home... I have a lot of the ones they have OFF as ON so that's going to be a probable why performance is lower.
