HD cooler a TOTAL waste, as is pro wiring.
Why do you have 2 HD's? Get just the SamSung SSD and ONE of them, depending on the space you need.
32GB RAM isn't needed for anything, stick w/ 16GB.
You have a very expensive MoBo, the GigaByte AORUS 5 is very good, try that and save $50
Do you really need a BD burner??
You MUST add case fans!
Do not let CP OC as they do it wrong, especially that much, easy to do yourself w/ MoBo apps and a few clicks.
You have a crap kybd, get the much better RGB promo.
You do not need a water cooled GPU. And you can save $200 w/ just the GTX 1080, what do you need the Ti for? An EVGA or MSI for $25 more than the base 1080 both have 2 fans, that is more than sufficient for cooling.
Make sure to use code Spring0410 for 5% off.

If it doesn't Light Up, Turn On, or Plug In, I don't want it!

I selected default case fans, are you saying I need a premium option?

That case does not list if it has ANY fans (some don't, many have only 1 which isn't enuf), so you must add. 3 basic fans is only $9 xtra.

Thank you, I now understand.

How much cooling will it need for OC? is 240 enough or is 280 better?

Why do you not recommend cyberpower OC?

240 would be fine. The cooler you selected is a good deal.
CP ramps up the voltage too much in the OC, using an incorrect method. It's better to use the apps yourself to get a more stable system. Better than paying all that xtra too. I used my included GigaByte/Intel apps and added 15% on my SkyLake i7. I have a smaller cooler, but plan on upgrading to try for more.
