Greetings! We here at CyberPowerPC hope you all had a wonderful Holiday weekend. 

For those of you who may have received or purchased a CyberPowerPC from another retailer such as Newegg, Costco, Amazon, TigerDirect, Best Buy, etc., please be aware that the Desktop Systems DO NOT come with Built In WiFi. 

To get online, you will need to utilize an Ethernet Cable to your LAN port or use a 3rd party USB WiFi Adapter of your own. If your invoice lists a WiFi adapter included and cannot connect through your wireless network, please contact us for assistance.
