I personally think an I7 with a 2070 Super and 16gb ram will be awesome an a 2560X1440 144hz monitor for years to come. 

Its only gaming This looks like a pro rendering build to me.

The Ryzen 3700x with 16gb ram and a 1650 or a 5600 and a good power supply with a 240mm liquid cooler will run anything.
don't forget FOURTH will get you 5% off at checkout.
too many people thinking they need the most expensive items on the list and its not true. Save some money almost any system in here will be good for 7 years.

That's right, gaming software is made to run on the bulk of reasonable systems at 60Hz. 

Right now its not really an argument which CPU to buy. If you get mid tier or better of either AMD or Intel your gonna be fine for 1440p gaming on a mid tier GPU. 

We all know how good a photo looks on a 1920X1080 monitor, Gaming graphics is not there. So if you want to spend thousands more on a cartoon gaming image , no one is going to stop you. 

100 frames on a 1440 monitor is a good place to be. Sure there are those that want 3 screens on a top GPU with an overclocked super cooled CPU. That's a bragging rights and not needed to enjoy a good game.

Looks like a great build that will last you for at least 3 or 4 years.
My only thoughts are if you have a little time before you order you know the RTX3080  is out in September .

But this is a great build.

I have the 2080 Super and it runs smoke-n 100 FPS or better on very high settings.
