I just ordered a new cyber power pc and I just plugged it in. After setup, the computer started running EXTREMELY slow. (Windows not responding after clicking on a screen or trying to open an application) What do I do?

I bought the Desktop Gamer Ultra 2202 (GU2202) AMD FX-Series FX 8320 (3.50 GHz) 8GB DDR3 1 TB HDD Windows 10 home 64-bit

List your full build specs.

Don't know what you downloaded, so try running your anti-virus and try Addaware.

You can try a new install of the OS.

That's a $500 prebuilt. I would send it back to the store you bought it from.
