You should have a program call Qflash in your program files.

Bring it up and let it search to website and download, let it install and follow the prompts.  Or you can load the file from your hard drive using the program too.  Consult your manual

BE SURE you have NO POWER OUTAGES during the flash.
After flashing you need to reboot and go into the BIOS and load the Optimized default settings and save.

PcKiller

Binary is mentioning the actually software they provide which can update within the window's environment. You should be able to located it from their website to use. If you're still having trouble you can simply call the motherboard manufacturer and see if they can provide the step by step in updating the BIOS.

**when attempted to flash the bios, beware its possible it can fail and void the warranty of the motherboard. So proceed at your own risk**

The New Bios file is an .exe file. Gigabyte does not have a file for P55a-ud3 rev. 2 F-11 that I can extract and use Q-Flash. Is it safe to run the .exe file I downloaded from Gigabyte's website in windows 7?
