I am not sure exactly what it does.  The article was not clear as to how you use the device or what it is.  I guess I am just dumb.  Can you give a little detail?

It has an ethernet port and supports linux you just plug that adapter in the wall and your good to go.

I guess if space is an issue and if you do not do much except web browsing or word processing. I don't know much about it myself except it has 512 mb and a 1.2 ghz processor embedded in it.

I don't see much use for it except maybe you can use it as a file or print server.
