Which of the 2 would produce the most efficient airflow? I'm looking to use extra fan/s for the side panel of my case. Also what are some reliable silent fans that you guys recommend.

	The 230mm fan would be quieter and the airflow is going to be about the same. You can get the Enermax cooling fan if you really want quietness.
