About the "Returns" Questions
+ Can I get my money back if I get a defective PC?
Yes. For the first 30 days, starting on the date listed of the invoice, CyberPower will refund the price you purchased on the invoice for the returned product.
+ Can you tell me the return-shipping procedure?
Ship the product back to CyberPower in their original or equivalent packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the cartoon, preferably under your return address such as: RMA:XXXXX. See warranty info page for more information.
+ Does Cyberpower subsidies shipping cost for defective merchandise?
Cyberpower, Inc. does not pay for the return shipping cost for any defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects. If you pay to send the defective item back to Cyberpower, Inc, we will replace the item and ship the item back to you at no charge.
+ How long does it take to show the refund/credit to my credit/debit card
It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process a credit back to a credit card.

+ What is a RMA number and how do I request it?
RMA# is a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any return item must have a RMA #Â marked on the box. We will refuse any return item that has no RMA #Â marked on the box.
After a RMA # had been issued, you will have 15 days to send the item back. If you are unable to send the item back after the 15th days, please contact our customer service before shipping out the item and to extend the RMA warranty.
