I am very pleased with my Cyberpower PC purchase. The web site made the process of making custom changes to the base configuration easy. My PC arrived on time and in great condition, all the packing materials where top notch the PC was doubled boxed and well protected during shipping. All of the components are of the highest quality. And the build quality was excellent, cable management was neat and clean and there was not any loose on missing hardware. Cyber did a good job of returning all the manuals, paperwork and unused accessories that came with the installed products. I would have no issue with recommending CyberPowerPC to my friends and family for their PC purchase needs.

System arrived safe and packaged well. Performance is amazing and very happy to have a second computer from this build site. Used my first pc from cyberpower for 7 years or so and it still works fine. Will most likely come back for a third pc in the next 5-10 years ^_^

This is most likely just my fault but I assumed the case would come with a full set of case fans (it ony comes with the exhaust case fan). The case name says [NO FANS] which I interpreted as no extra rgb special fans and not what it literally says. The computer runs pretty hot with the cpu reaching 90 celcius during gaming so it could use the extra cooling. Not a big issue as I'll just buy an intake fan separately and hope doing so won't void the warranty.
