I did a custom build with this as the base since the promos and unit cost of upgraded components ended up most favorable. I changed almost every item in the configuration. With all the Cyber Monday promos and $5 items it ended up being a few dollars less than building myself at Microcenter with better RAM and a lower motherboard. I had initially started configuring the bundle at Microcenter, but it had sold out by the time I checked out. The motherboard is the same minus heat sinks on the VRMs as far as I understand. I do not plan to overclock the 7800X3D, so no big deal. The cost was lower than other pre-build companies and choice of components was rather impressive since I could configure exactly what I would have bought on my own- aside from a set of Lian Li fans. During the holiday sale, this was the best value I could find with a 7800X3d. Order was built within the expected turn-around and shipping was timely. They do provide status updates via email, but not on the account portal. PC was double boxed and arrived undamaged. Main problem was the radiator was not installed properly - was only attached on one side and arrived flopping and clanging about. I expected to find loose screws in the case, but they were just never installed. I really should have returned the whole PC out of principle because there is clearly no QA process and it's unacceptable to ship out builds in this condition. I did bend the bracket back and move screws to the other side, but one mount in the radiator was stripped. Cable management was good, despite not paying for the upgrade. I read some negative reviews after I placed my order, so panicked and made two attempts to purchase the warranty upgrade for free return shipping after my order and prior to shipping, but I was told I could not. It did ship the next day. Aside from the radiator, the only other thing I had to do was configure RGB and the fans/pump, as they were just set to max. Out of the box it ran all my games well with zero issues. Good drivers and otherwise ready to go. Would I recommend? Yes! For peace of mind I'd probably at a minimum upgrade the power supply.
