Video card fan contacting internal metal case causing extreme noise, especially as card heated up during use. The space between the card and bottom of the metal case is minimal. The video card fan appears to be a floating type and lowers as fan speed increases causing the fan to hit/rub against the metal case. I placed solid spacers between the metal case and internal supports and between metal case and solid parts of the video card which eliminated the noise problem. (Also if you press down on the top back left hand side of the plastic case, while computer is on, you can hear the video fan bind on the internal metal case.) Multiple blue screen crashes on start up with various codes generated. OS installed is Windows 11 pro. Finally after removal and reinstallation of several of the Windows updates, and with multiple system restores, the computer became stable. Suspect possible corruption of one of the boot sectors on ssd, but not confirmed. Console design is very nice. Some audible fan noise while gaming, which is to be expected with such a compact case, but does not distract from gaming. The numerous USB connection ports, as well as other ports/connections, are much appreciated. A little heavy, but fits well with other gaming consoles on my console shelf and weight factor does not appear to be a problem. Front-back dimension (depth) be a little large for some entertainment shelf furniture.. Overall, with everything considered, I would purchase this computer again as my den, large screen TV PC gaming computer.

Reaching out to the company was easy, they were very responsive, only issue I had is the company didn't inform me about an issue with my order till I reached out to them, after that they were very responsive when future problems came up. Great product, i would still recommend to friends and family.

Loving case. It gets a bit warm but man I cannot get over that small, stylish form factor. So all in all, loving it. The led lighting is quite tasteful too. Not all crazy and overblown like other "gaming" pc builds. So that's nice.

Overall great PC. Fan is a bit loud, PC runs awesome. Parts of the PC are a bit off.

Great so far except for the broadcom bluetooth, which I can't connect my Bose QC35s to. Also a little loud. But once I get the headphones working it won't matter. Thanks!

The thing doesn't even break a sweat doing 4K Ultra Settings with Overwatch. It's beautiful to behold.
