CyberPower PC gave me the best PC at the lowest price, AND they delivered within 2 days. So why only low ratings? Well, customer service was a bit lacking. I called to ask some questions (and sent an email at the support site). I was on hold for over 2 hours (and told there was a 15 minute queue by the way), and never heard back from the email. I also emailed to ask some questions about the PC, and never heard back. Another small ding (very small) was that the computer arrived in 3 days instead of two. I would still 100% recommend CyberPowerPC, as they delivered a great PC to me at not much of a markup (especially considering the current environment).

I've owned the PC for about 2 weeks. The hard disk failed yesterday. I called and left a message with support but no response yet. I was initially so impressed with the machine I ordered a second, on which I'm typing this comment. I'm concerned about the quality of the build though to have the HD fail inside 2 weeks. Website was awesome, but I'd have loved the opportunity to add some peripherals from the website on a premade PC. would have been nice to add a couple extras to the order. No option though for that on prebuilt.
