System booted fine but the 3080 RTX video card was DOA. Currently running with the onboard intel graphics chipset until my new 3080 graphics card comes in next week. I purchased a new card elsewhere to save on the customer service hassles, and possibly getting a refurb card as a replacement, since this one shipped as a dud in the first place. (not saying you would send a refurb, just looking out for myself) Overall, the system is decent and a timesaver to keep me from building it myself. I'll take the loss on the card, those things can be finicky pieces of junk anyways. Mouse and keyboard were promptly replaced. I had better on hand.
