As of right now, other than concerns for the case, I like the system. It's been fast, simple, and an upgrade of every aspect of my 2013 model with the exception of the case. My few gripes are that the quality of the case feels a bit cheaper than my previous case. The top filter is only held on by a magnetic strip and the side panel doesn't feel like it's fully flush with the case, concerning me it will exposed to dust far more easily. Also, due to the stickers that were on both the magnetic top and the back panel, there is now a sticky sticker residue on both place. Finally, my only gripe about the actual operation of the system is how the Xbox app would continue to pin itself to my taskbar after every restart, even when I disabled it as a start up app and manually unpinned it. I had to research into it and ultimately disable this by modifying C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\LayoutModification.xml. Please don't force features on PCs like that. In all, I'm still satisfied with my system. This is the third PC we've bought from you since 2013 (second for myself, one for my wife). I hope the next I'm in the market one, I'm able to take advantage of the time needed to customize it, but an urgent need overrode my ability to wait this time around.

The internals of the system are clean. A couple detractors were the expandable packing was expanded behind the power cables running to the graphics card so I had to unplug them to get the packing out. Not a big deal for me, but might have been a bigger deal for some customers. There was a giant sticker placed over the back cpu panel pointing to the graphics card so I’d know to plug into that instead of the mb for video. That sticker left a gross and sticky film across the entirety of the back mb peripherals panel. Back peripherals panel was not seated right and the guides that are supposed to seat the panel around the plugs were bent up and some broken. Overall it looks good and I guess the quality of the build as far as the details above would be expected in a prebuilt, but from the first machine I bought from your company, I expected better. However, like I said, it runs and looks great.

The delivery dates are on point and good.. but packaging is ok ill rate 3 for that..
