I've bought at least 3 systems from CyberPowerPC over the past several years, and this was my first "ready-ship" model. I wish that a black case had been an option for a ready-ship GXL 99053. A white case seems like such a strange standard. My white case had two chips in the paint. The PC arrived with the data drive power unplugged - not a huge issue for a savvy PC user but still less than convenient. The machine also immediately went into the reboot loop that was plaguing some Windows machines in January, and it was necessary to perform a Windows recovery, which thankfully worked. I would have given this a "3" rating for these reasons, but having ordered other machines I feel that these inconvenient issues are offset by my better experiences with custom builds. I rate this a "4" because of my overall positive experience with CyberPowerPC over the past several years, but I wasn't necessarily *impressed* this time.
