Everything was and has been great the biggest downfall is for sure the crappy stock intel CPU Cooler, I think it would be worth the extra $40-$50 for pricing for you guys to just swap all those out with decent ones. Out of the box everything was awesome, no issues besides the cooler; it being stock and the cpu being a turbo i7; it just runs hot and that cooler is meant for like lower tier i5s at best

Fans are little noisy (compared to what I'm used to), but other than that, the machine works great. Easy set up, was running as soon as I plugged it in.

There was only 2 issues when I received the pc 1. The mouse was broken as soon as we removed it from the box. The DPI buttons was pushed in to far and was not able to fix. 2. There is 2 sticks of ram and one was floating around in the case luckily it wasn’t broken other than those 2 issues which could technically be a carrier issue love the pc
