sometimes it wont boot up, have to cycle the power to get it to work. your tech support does not respond to support tickets.

runs great, had some issues verifying parts, contacted customer service, who took forever to respond to tell me to contact tech support, who never bothered to respond. google found answers faster.

IT IS AN EXCELENT LAPTOP BUT: THE ONLY THING IS I COULD NOT GET ME QUESTION ANSWERED; ON MY TRACER V GAMING R17G THOUGH IT WORKS PERFECTLY IS THE FIRST PC I HAVE EVER PURCHASED WITHOUT A RECOVERY PARTITION OR AT LEAST A CD WITH IT'S ORIGINAL MOTHERBOARD, GRAPHIC CARD & AUDIO DRIVERS; IF I HAD TO RE INSTALL WINDOWS OH YEAH WIN 10 WAS INSTALLED WITH A DIGITAL LICENSE & THERE IS NO COPY OF THAT AS WELL! -----NOTE----- THE DRIVERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT YOUR WEBSITE FOR THIS LAPTOP: ****** NB-408-195 TRACER V GAMING R17G 17.3" IDR RTX 3060, RENOIR ****** THERE WILL BE A TIME I'LL NEED TO RE-INSTALL THIS ;
