Great laptop HOWEVER I wish I would have realized that the camera would be at the bottom of the screen, so it's super awkward to be on camera without being propping up the laptop way up. Thus, I needed to buy a separate camera as the one for the laptop isn't a super professional angle.

So far I love this laptop for having it less than 24 hours. I hadnt realized the camera is at the bottom of the screen though which is odd, but it works fine if I prop it up. Wasn’t purchased for gaming, but for work.

My girlfriend loves the new laptop. She's never been able to play games or even run basic applications as well as she can now. She loves it, and that's good enough for me.

I've had the laptop for a few days and it is running perfectly! The graphics are fantastic, the computer boots very quickly and runs smoothly. The only issues I had were minor: the screen flickering when the computer was running. After researching, this was solved by updating the drivers and lowering the screen's refresh rate. Overall, I'm very happy with how the laptop is running and I will definitely use CyberPowerPC again!

This is my first Cyberpower PC and I've had it a little under a week. So far I can say I like it. The bang for you buck is amazing. The build quality is much better than I thought it would be. There is a little keyboard flex but nothing bad. This thing is fast. The Ryzen 7 4800H and 32GB of RAM just scream through tasks. I originally ordered a Dell G15 (intel i7) and that thing seemed slow compared to this. The dell also got so hot you couldn't carry it or touch certain parts of the chassis. The Tracer IV keeps cool and I haven't had an issue with thermal throttling during load.
