The laptop has been great so far, with the exception of the RGB keyboard lights not working properly after windows installed some updates. I ended up needing to remove the applications that were pre-installed, before getting it to work. Figuring this out too me hours, and there was no good information online. The drivers download page is very basic, which isn’t bad, but the drivers don’t all have installers, and there’s no instructions on how to properly “install” them. I’m hoping the customer service / tech support team is more helpful if I need to submit any tickets with them.

So far this thing is running great! I am glad that your site was recommended to me. Thank you for doing quality work! This might seem trivial, but the only thing I can't figure out is whether this thing needs to be propped up in order for it to ventilate properly or if it can do it well from a level position. Thanks!
