Customer Reviews and Ratings on CyberPowerPC products - Gaming Laptop Tracer IV 15 Studio 500

The system itself seem's to be working great, and has a great feel to it. I haven't had a chance to really try many games with it yet, but I'm sure it will do good. However, biggest thing I'm concerned about is the battery issue I noticed only about 30 minutes after unboxing the laptop. The battery is stuck at 0% remaining, and will not charge. However, I am in the process of getting that sorted out with tech support already, and hopefully that goes smoothly.

I know a lot of people have questions about this laptop since it is one of the cheapest out there offering a 2070 super and an i7-10875h cpu, but I can tell you that after benchmark testing it is performing at or even above listed benchmarks on geekbench 5 and 3dmark. My only issue is that my ears are a little sensitive to noise so when the fans are on max speed they get too noisy for me, but that mode is excellent for cooling the laptop down quickly. I highly recommend the laptop for creative types and if you like to do a little gaming on the side.

Just started booted it up, so far its pretty quick I opted for the extra ram and more HDD, its quite smaller compared to other 15.6" gaming pcs on the market, compared to a Acer nitro 5 or 7 it's thinner and more slick space conserving, the only thing I would recommend is getting a external cooling fan or vacuum to keep the temperatures down cause under load it will start to get warm pretty quick (just running warcraft 3 RE on mac settings) but the 2070 rtx performs amazingly. Hoping to get as much mileage out of it as possible.
