Honestly, I haven't ordered a new PC since 2015. I'm a graphic design major who likes to game and ooof. This laptop is great. No kidding. It took me almost 2 or more hours to finish a 60 minute lesson, now takes me less than 60 minutes. Multiple tabs? Works great. Gaming? Works great. Now, we test graphic design. It gets a bit hot while gaming, but I'm sure a cooling pad will help cool it down and make this totally worth it. From 8gb to 32gb ram, huge difference. PC is slim, light, beautiful, and just overall great. Next order will be a desktop tbh, and I'm excited for it.

Fans can be really loud but so far everything is working just fine.

This is one AMAZING product. I will certainly recommend this to any of my friends looking as well as the company that put this together. The specs are friggin' amazing and match my beast of a PC in my basement. The fans are a little loud, but I completely understand since the games I play are graphics hogs. There are a ton of tweaks on this machine and it is very thin. The screen is incredible and smooth as butter. The THX audio is awesome with tweaking capabilities as well. Hands down, the absolute best laptop I have ever owned. I had always been an ASUS fan, but I am now a CyberPowerPC fan!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

I wish there would’ve been an option to upgrade the 3 cell battery to a 4 cell battery and I wish I would’ve been told that they were switching out my ssd for a different brand, not a big deal but still.
