I was truly surprised how thin and light the laptop is. I enjoy gaming and so far the quality has been impressive. However, initially when I first got the laptop I was having a sound problem. I could get sound through a Bluetooth device but not from the internal speakers. I put in a request for tech support and I still have not received a reply. Fortunately the OS required a number of updates and the problem was corrected during the updates. It truly doesn’t matter how great the website is or the ease of purchasing a product if you don’t support your products. Right now, I give your tech support a zero.
