The only issue that I had was that I spent several hours troubleshooting why my hard drives would not show up and I found they had not connected the cables from the drive bays to the SATA plugs on the motherboard. During the build, that would have taken 2 minutes or less. In my view, as a retired systems engineer, that was pretty trifling on the part of the builder. I also noticed that you were not carrying and 690 motherboards, which I would have preferred.

Overall a good buying experience. System was delivered ahead of schedule and was very easy to setup. Issue with video card being DOA but working with tech support to get it replaced.
