overall very happy with my purchase i got a prebuilt from there site with a couple upgrades very happy with the computer the only complaint which is not a complaint at all keep in mind there is just some wires that could have been managed neater but i was able to easily fix that

Wiring was clean, and my biggest concern did not happen (the infamous Reddit melted 4090 cable connector that has since been proven to be a skill issue during installation). I was actually impressed whoever installed my NVMe actually chose the optimal slot on the board - the one that's fully covered by the GPU - which made a post-receipt install of an SK Hynix Platinum I nabbed on Black Friday to be much cleaner. Great foresight! There were just 2 very minor wiring quirks I redid myself upon doing initial inspection - the CPU fan being plugged into CPU_OPT instead of CPU_FAN (this causes the BIOS to panic and has to be manually overridden to finish boot -tip for the future on ASUS boards always use the CPU_FAN before OPT, OPT is generally used for push-pull fan setups on air), and the case fan being straight connected to MOLEX instead of to a chassis fan header on the board for fan curve optimization. The fan thing wasn't a big deal since I swapped the included case fan for 2 MasterFan 120 Halos - I knew in advance that the case was going to be a little toasty and planned around it.

Excellent packing, everything was secure and protected with multiple layers of foam and material.
