Great system so far! I'm 48 hours in and it's running great. I initially had some Bluetooth issues but when I updated the drivers and figured out how to plug in the antenna that came with the motherboard (I didn't know what it was for), I've had no issues since and reception has been great. My wifi speed also went up. My only complaint is that the power cord you guys sent seems like it was previously used, and it was a little dinged up. It works, so it's not a big deal, just sort of rubbed me the wrong way.

My PC came right when I was told it was going to with no delay. I was kept up to date on each step of the process which I appreciate and when I got it, it was well protected from damage and I've had zero issues with it so far. I love it!

The PC does exactly what it should, the only complaint is the bracket for the graphics card is slightly bent due to being tightened so much, but this is excusable, as it made sure the card wouldn’t sag or become damaged from shipping. Great system upgrade and everything I thought it would be!

System workings good. But seem some driver and firmware where not fully installed. Example EVGA firmware was out date and when I turn the PC and ran a game the Video Card temp sky rockets that I could put an egg on top of the PC and cooked. I had to dig in to see what it was missing or if it was some sort of Hardware problem that maybe got overlooked, but it was just the Firmware not being update on the card. I had to download and installed and then retest everything. Things like this, if CyberpowerPC is not going to install firmware or updates and expect the customer to figure it out then, there should be a paper or an email or w/e that let the client know before receiving the PC in case the person is not a computer expert. So far the rest is working good and look nice. Thank you.
