Customer Reviews and Ratings on CyberPowerPC products - Gaming PC Daily Deal AMD Threadripper
The system is very fast and quiet. I love it.
Solid system. I did have to rewire the case fans to use the motherboard fan control. They were originally wired directly to the power supply and were running 100% at all times. A bit too loud for my liking. I was also missing an important rubber washer on the thumbscrew that secures the tempered glass to the case. Without it, its steel on glass, which is not a good idea. I was able to contact customer service and get a new thumbscrew that was not missing the rubber washer. First thing that is lacking is a clear spec sheet with model numbers and all components that are included. I need to look things up, check drivers, etc. I would like to have access to that beyond the simplified version that comes as the invoice. Another thing I would like is more of the accessories that come with the components. You do get the motherboard box and a few of the bits and bobs, but it seemed a little light (extra cables, sata cables, adapters, brackets, etc.). Overall, a positive experience and really the only economical way of getting a high end PC right now without being gouged by gpu and ram prices.
Very clean build. If I wanted to be really picky, I'd say the pull fans on the radiator could have been PWM fans and connected to the motherboard but I understand the choice.
The computer came out of the box working perfectly. Cables were neatly situated, and nothing was loose. Booted right up, no problems at all. I'm really enjoying bootup times with the SSD. I may have paid a little bit more than if i made it myself, but I could not build a computer as professionally as they did, with the cables being so neat. I will be a customer for life.
The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating is because I received a used mouse.
