This PC is the most powerful and coolest I've ever had and I do mean the latter literally. I got a Corsair "high airflow" case. It has one fan in the back, but a big 360 Corsair radiator with 3 fans in the front. I'm still amazed at how much cooler my components are versus the PCs I built myself. I chose smaller coolers in my previous builds, but I can see now that the 360 radiator was the best choice. I have a relatively new monitor, which isn't too different from what's offered, so I was glad I had the option of not buying one.

I am still astonished by how quiet the thing is. Almost completely silent. I keep checking to see if the lights came on when I power it up.

First of all, the computer is great and I think the price was fair. I do think it’s a little silly to pay extra for safe packaging and proper cable management, but I understand why a company like yourselves would do this. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and I would use your company again. As a sidenote I think you need to work on your survey. It’s not clear why there’s two comment boxes. You should also use a call to action in the invitation email instead of a plain link.
