There was one problem with the system that was troubling. I ordered the NZXT Kraken X52 240mm RGB CPU Liquid Cooling System with this build. If it had not been for me doing performance tests and monitoring system temperatures using the CPUID Hardware monitoring software I might not have noticed that the CPU temperatures were dangerously high: 104C, and I would have likely burned up the CPU. I also noted CPU voltage throttling. This indicated to me a faulty or improperly running cooling loop. I tried a variety of other 3rd party software applications, as well as adjusting the BIOS settings to modify the operation of the cooling unit. Nothing changed the behavior initially. It was only upon going to the Kraken website that I discovered their CAM software that is designed to run with their cooling units. During the install of the software it was if the colling unit "became aware." It was only after a reboot and a few further tweaks to the CAM software settings that cooling unit actually began to operate. Now, under a full CPU processing workload (using BOINC projects such as Prime Grid and Amicable Numbers) temperatures peak in the 64C-74C range. I cannot stress enough how that software or something similar, also be installed. Also, I highly recommend that such tests be performed during system checkout to ensure the cooling systems are operating correctly.
