Customer Reviews and Ratings on CyberPowerPC products - Gaming PC CyberPower X299 Configurator
Overall, very happy with the system :)
The only thing I would have liked is to NOT have to buy a Graphics card.
Good, fast machine
The RBG fans are all connected directly to the power supply so it is impossible to change fan speeds. Other than that great computer so far and is doing great at running all my games and VR.
Components work well. Only issue is with the Optane M2 SSD. When the system arrived and after I installed my SSD drives they would not be recognized. The issue was with the Optane. With Optane installed it shut off SATA ports 4,5,6,7. Would be nice to have a note about this just to prevent confusion. After moving to ports 0,1,2 the drives worked.
I love my new PC. It's great and Cyberpower did a great job putting it together.
good looking and well built system with plenty of room for upgrades and additions,
Very nice PC so far, very large upgrade from previous build.
Upon opening the box and looking over the system, I found several issues. I contacted support and their response was quick and accurate. Based on our conversation and several emails, I determined that 2 of the issues were my misunderstanding and the other 2 are being resolved. Tech support was responsive and accurate in their assessments. I could not be happier with the overall experience. The system itself is everything I expected. Once I completed the recommended inspection, the system came up flawlessly. This is the second system I purchased from CyberPower and I am highly likely to order from them again and will recommend them without reservation.
Great machine, as expected, everything I ordered. Very happy with this purchase.
Received when promised; no damage other than papers/manuals shoved into the MB box; The inside case pop-out shipping bag was a great idea! I would have rated 5 if it were not for 2 things: the shipping bag inside the box should be free and not have to pay $19 to ensure no shipping damage. Secondly, the manuals: there are no manuals given for the case, CPU, or RAM, and the MB manual was all crumpled up rather than in a bag neatly placed in the MB box. There were no indications of websites, etc to get all the other manuals, so for the average purchaser, they would not know how to get to the cables, etc in the case to follow the 1-pager mentioning to check the cable/wire connections to see that they weren't disconnected during shipment. I strongly believe you should correct these two items; however this is minor compared to the many, many tasks you have to do to deliver what was ordered, keep you promise on timing, and without damage. You did a GREAT job on the most important things!
