If you love RPGs as much as I do, then let\u2019s take a look at the most anticipating role-playing video games of 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cyberpunk 2077<\/h2>\n

From the creators of the critically acclaimed Witcher series comes a new RPG game set in the dark future of 2077. Cyberpunk 2077 introduces us into the open-world metropolis called Night City, where inhabitants rely on advanced technology to survive. Its inhabitants cannot speak any language and depend on translator implants to understand each other, and a digital device known as \u201cBraindance\u201d experience brain processes, muscle movements, and emotions of another person. The game\u2019s plot hasn\u2019t been revealed yet as of the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dauntless<\/h2>\n

Dauntless is a co-op, action RPG game soon to be released to <\/span>gaming PCs<\/span><\/a> in 2017. It takes place in a fantasy realm dominated by dinosaur-like beasts called behemoths. The game puts you in the role of a behemoth hunter which is known as a slayer. It also focuses on the gear, so this means that you have to craft weapons and armor and upgrade your character now and then. It is inspired by games like Dark Souls, World of Warcraft, and the Monster Hunter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kingdom Come: Deliverance<\/h2>\n

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an upcoming first-person role-playing and sandbox video game set in a medieval kingdom called Bohemia, an imperial state of the Holy Roman Empire. The unique thing about this game is that it is historically accurate and realistic content. It means you\u2019ll see period-accurate armor, weapons, and clothing, as well as combat techniques. It offers players highly interactive world which encourage emergent gameplay. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mass Effect: Andromeda<\/h2>\n

Mass Effect: Andromeda is one of the most awaited RPG game of 2017 and the sequel to 2012\u2019s Mass Effect 3. It is the first in the series to introduce an open-world setup. Unlike the previous games in the series, Andromeda starts with the player either picking to play the role of Scott Ryder or Sara Ryder instead of choosing a character from six different classes. In this game, players now can assign any skills they want.<\/span><\/p>\n

An action Japanese RPG game soon to be released for PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows gaming PCs developed by Square Enix. Nier: Automata introduce a futuristic world in the midst of a proxy war between machines created by alien invaders and the remnants of humanity. Its story will follow the battles of YoRHa No. 2 Model B, a female android, and her companion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pyre<\/h2>\n

Pyre is a party-based RPG created by the same developers who made Transistor, Supergiant Games. This game allows the players to lead a band of exiles as they fight for their freedom through ancient competitions. It features a two-player head-to-head versus mode which allows you to challenge a friend in fast-paced ritual showdowns. You\u2019ll appreciate its celestial landmarks and its vast, mystical purgatory.<\/p>\n

After the success of their episodic graphic adventure video game, Life is Strange, Dontnod Entertainment is back this year with a new action RPG game titled \u201cVampyr.\u201d The game focuses on the story of a vampire doctor named Jonathan Reid.
