<\/b><\/i>Smite has a new goddess, and it’s the victory incarnate herself <\/span>—<\/b> Nike, the winged warrior. The Goddess of Victory has always been favored by many even the great god Zeus. Without her, failure is ensured<\/span>,<\/b> and obscurity is absolute. So now, she has finally taken the field and will fight alongside the Greek gods and goddesses of war to make sure that success shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Passive: To Victory!<\/h2>\n

Nike sets three goals for her team that when achieved will increase their strength. Upon completing each goal, her team will gain a Laurel that will cause power and movement speed increase. Laurel can increase up to 3 times.<\/p>\n

1st Ability: Rend<\/h2>\n

\"rend\"<\/p>\n

Nike slams the ground twice which sends out fissures that deals damage. If a target has been hit twice, the target loses protections for 5 seconds. If her 2nd ability is activated during this skill, this ability gains an additional attack. And if the target is hit three times, the target will be disarmed.<\/p>\n

2nd Ability: Plan of Action<\/h2>\n

Plan of Action is a Stim ability which both has a passive effect and active. Its passive effect lets Nike gain HP5. It’s active, on the other hand, allows Nike to gain bonus damage and a special effect.<\/span><\/p>\n

3rd Ability: Valiant Leap<\/h2>\n

\"sentinel-of-zeus\"Nike leaps into the air then crashed down at a location, dealing damage upon her landing and knocking up her enemies. If her 2nd skill is activated, Nike travels to the area faster.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ultimate: Sentinel of Zeus<\/h2>\n

\"sentinel-of-zeus\"Upon <\/span>activation<\/span>, Nike transforms into an armored sentinel and sends out a shockwave that causes damage and slows enemies around her. In this form, Nike gains 40% of her max health as a shield.<\/span><\/p>\n

If her 2nd ability, Nike earns 60% of her max health as a shield and applies a 60% slow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nike is the latest hero to add to Smite\u2019s roster of gods and goddesses. She was officially released in the Patch last week, December 6. She is a Warrior-type of character who works high in defense and has a skill kit for crowd control.<\/span><\/p>\n
