And if that isn\u2019t enough of a good news, Sony also responded to what Microsoft offered to its console users. Their response? Well, Sony actually welcomed the idea and might go with the same path as Microsoft had.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">According to the statement Sony gave to GameSpot: \u201cPlayStation has been supporting cross-platform play between PC on several software titles starting with Final Fantasy 11 on PS2 and PC back in 2002. We would be happy to have the conversation with any publishers or developers who are interested in cross platform play.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The response though doesn\u2019t necessarily point out whether Sony would allow its developers to enable support for XBox One or PC, but it\u2019s clear that Sony fully welcomes the thought and allows its developers to discover this cross-network play. We actually didn\u2019t see this coming until Xbox announced its willingness to support cross-network play for its gamers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">As of now, Microsoft announced the Rocket League will be one of the first games to support the cross-network play. Although gamers would still have to wait until June to know more details in regard the game. This means that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cyberpowerpc.com\/category\/notebook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gamers who uses gaming laptop<\/a> or PC can play with Xbox and PS4 players for the first time.
