Silent Hill F : Gameplay & Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Silent Hill F doubles down on the series roots of phycological tension, disturbing sounds and visuals, brain-bending puzzles, and a story shrouded in mystery. It also adds more action elements, with a revamped combat system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike previous entries that took place in the titular Americana town, Silent Hill F opts for a new setting, 1960s Japan. A quiet rural town begins to rot from within. The narrative of the game was written in collaboration with Ryukishi07, a renowned Japanese horror author. It blends Japanese folk lore, explores societal norms of Japanese life at the time, and body horror all wrapped up in that signature Silent Hill atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
