Pillars of Eternity lives on. Avowed is here at last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sprawling first person action RPG from Obsidian, Avowed, is now available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set in the Pillars of Eternity universe (from the two excellent Pillars of Eternity CRPG games, seriously check these out if you have not), Avowed takes players on a new adventure in Eora where you choices carve a path through a world full of war, ancient mysteries, and political intrigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avowed is getting pretty good reviews. While it is clear many gamers and critics were hoping this was going to be the second coming of Skyrim, many are still noting that the game delivers excellent combat and exploration backed by and absorbing fantasyt world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avowed boasts some impressive visuals, making full use of the power of Unreal Engine 5 and Nanite to deliver lush colorful landscapes with impressive draw distance. Thankfully, compared to most recent Unreal Engine 5 releases, Avowed has some pretty solid performance and optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
