Genshin Impact has released its second playable character from Sumeru, Cyno. He is a 5-star Electro polearm user who can deal AoE damage with his melee attacks. In the game\u2019s lore, Cyno is General Mahamatra and the leader of all Matra. He is a prominent figure in the Akademiya. He is tasked with arresting those who violate any of the Akademiya\u2019s rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invoker\u2019s Spear – Normal Attack<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Normal Attack: Cyno performs up to four consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack: He consumes a certain amount of stamina to lunge forward and attack. This deals damage to enemies along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer – Elemental Skill<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Cyno performs a swift thrust which deals Electro Damage to enemies along his path. When he is under the Pactsworn Pathclearer state triggered by his Elemental Burst, Cyno will unleash a Mortuary Rite, which deals thunderous AOE Electro Damage. This will also extend the duration of the Pactsworn Pathclearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sacred Rite: Wolf\u2019s Swiftness – Elemental Burst<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Cyno calls upon the divine spirit that dwells in him, morphing into the Pactsworn Pathclearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Pactworn Pathclearer state, all of Cyno\u2019s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be converted to Electro Damage. His Elemental Mastery and resistance to interruption will also increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyno also gains immunity to Electro-Charged Damage. Any of these effects will be canceled once Cyno leaves the field and lasts a maximum of 18 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Featherfall Judgment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

While in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state activated by the Sacred Rite: Wolf\u2019s Swiftness, Cyno will also enter the Endseer stance at intervals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once he activates the Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer while affected by the Pactsworn Pathclearer state, he will start the Judication effect. This will increase the Damage of the Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer by 35%. It will also fire off 3 Duststalker Bolts, which deal 100% of Cyno\u2019s Attack as Electro Damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Duststalker Bolt Damage is considered an Elemental Skill Damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now pull Cyno in his Character Limited Event Banner – Twilight Arbiter. He is part of Genshin Impact Version 3.1 – King Deshret and the Three Magi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
