My BIOS was updated and now I lost all my overclock settings that CyberPower had setup for me. Is there any way to get these back or does CP keep records of this or am I basically screwed? This is with a 5930k and Rampage V Extreme.

I've only overclocked video cards before, don't want to mess anything up.

Yep, most MOBO's come with OC software to do moderate OC's.

CP just tends to ramp up the voltage.

Not real hard to do. If you don't the software, just look up a U tube video with your MOBO and do it yourself. If you screw up, you can remove the MOBO battery for a minute or so, put it back in and your BIOS will be reset to factory.

I ran into the same problem. I take issue with the customer support that CyberPower provides in this circumstance. Yes, I can obviously research and OC myself, but when you pay for the professional overclocking (I was also inexperienced with OC) they should be a little more friendly or supportive in their assistance of an honest user mistake - or start providing the OC profile settings in the shipment/e-mail/etc. or warn about updating your BIOS without saving the profile to a USB. The lack of friendly support (I was basically told "too bad") - will prevent me from purchasing or recommending this company in the future.

There are no right or wrong drivers. You either have Nvidia drivers or AMD drivers. I have 2 EVGA 660Ti GPU's with Nvidia drivers. You have a MSI GPU with Nvidia drivers. EVGA, MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, ow whoever else don't make drivers for video cards. You use either Nvidia or AMD.
