When my PC was built it was built as a gift and choices were made for me. How do i go in and turn off all the overclocking?

Easiest way is to take the battery out for a couple of minutes. Once you plug it back in and fire it up. The BIOS will be reset to stock. Some MOBO's have a button in the rear to push for a reset. Look in your MOBO manual.

Outside of that we need more info. MOBO, Are you running a software tune?

You can also go into the BIOS/UEFI and select LOAD DEFAULTS for boot options to remove that overclock.
