Hi,

My desktop C series don't turn on. It's just blinking, kike is starting and the turn off again and agin. What i could do to troubleshoot? Thanks!

Update-- i just ran a "paper clip" test and all worke6 good, fans and lights turned on.

Here is a couple of links to help isolate possible problems. 

Try removing all but one stick of RAM. If that doesn't work try a different stick in a different slot. A bad stick of RAM can cause all sorts of issues.

First your going to want to disable the "auto-restart". Then you can move on and see if s driver may be causing problems.

It seems you bought an off the shelf from a third party since this is your first post. None of the members will suggest this. You may have a JUNK standard PSU. If so and you keep it get it out of your system. If it is a name brand then you should be good.
