I wanna know if this is a good build for overclocking or if its bad because i didn't pick a fan that said (oc certified) by mistake but i wanna know if it is still okay on overclock

Well of the bat, first mistake. Never the "standard" PSU. You may or may not get a name brand. If ti is the standard you get. These have a high failure rates, will provide uneven power (ripples) which is hard on all components long term and have been known to fry systems.

Your cpu cooler is OK. These are spin offs of the Coolmaster EVO 212. Which is a good large fan based cooler.

Why the concern on overclocking. 4.3 Ghz is plenty fast & with 8 cores doesn't lack anything. In real life uses your not going to notice any great difference. If you decide to OC anyway, use the MOBO software for a modest boost. Just monitor your temps if you decide to do so.
