This is my first gaming pc and will be used strictly for gaming only. Any suggestions for upgrades or anything I missed? I would like to keep it under $1400. Also, how many usb and hdmi ports come standard?

Your case has no fans stock. Add them in.
Consider the extended warranty, this gets you one full year of free shipping, instead of 30 days. Use checkout code spring0410 or NORUSH for 5% off the total. Otherwise not a bad build. USB ports, you need to see what is listed for your specific case, and look at your MOBO, it will list how many. HDMI, ports the same thing. It will be listed on the GPU specs, if you get a generic GPU, it will be hard to find out.

Personally I don't like the "combo drives". I prefer to keep them separate. Get an M2 SSD drive for the OS and a giant mechanical drive separately. Not a huge deal. |

I updated some things. Changed to a MOBO that has HDMI and added some fans. I also switched to 2 separate drives instead of a combo drive. This is what it currently looks like.

Not A bad build at all. The GTX 1060 is a good 1080p card but you could do better. Heres one I threw together yesterday. Im in the market and also wanting to spend 1300-1400. Please note, the price listed is before the Spring0410 5% discount.

It was 1346.15 after the discount. You can use config #1L9MHW to customize the case etc. to your liking. :-) This build matches an Asus motherboard with an ASUS Strix RTX2060. The card has an exceptional cooling solution and if you didn't know, the RTX 2060 is equal to the GTX 1070 and this ones overclocked to match the GTX 1070ti on benchmarks. Its between the 1070 and 1070ti in performance. I wouldn't use it for ray tracing but its a solid card good for 1440 p @144 Mhz Edited by Aeropostle - 11 Feb 2019 at 11:06pm |

This is not a hybrid drive. It is 2 separate drives, one an SSD and a separate Platter Drive. CP just uses that nomenclature
