The prebuilt PC was a good value and had everything I needed. I was happy to see the foam inside the PC case to help with shipping damage. The only reason I rated a 3 on service above is because I would've liked the option to purchase an enhanced warranty but that wasn't available on prebuilt systems. My last desktop from CyberPower lasted over 10 years without any issues whatsoever so fingers crossed. I'll definitely be purchasing all of my computers from you guys for life!
