The notebook is great. It does everything I want it to without problems. The only thing is, the buttons on the mouse touch pad are a little messed up. When you press the left one, it clicks, but not every time it registers as being pressed. The right one only clicks when you press on the right side of it, otherwise you don't even know if you pressed the button or not. I don't know if this is the manufactorer's fault ot the fault of the assemblers, but it is really annoying. Another thing is that the built-in speakers have mediocre quality. Sometimes, at loud volumes, the sound gets distorted. I would expect something better and louder than that considering the bundle that it came with and the price. Other than those two minor things, the system is great. It pushes all of the games I've thrown at it almost at the maximum quality without any problems. Nice!!!

laptop was configured as requested and so far performance is faultless. everything was included manuel, cd's, free items. this is the second pc i have purchased from cyberpower and both are great.

The laptop is awesome. Nice graphics. Good quality. Overall, everything works fine. I just feel that the assembly and delivery process can be improved. It was shipped according to the expected date, but I think it could be faster and in the same time, takes care of the quality control issue as well. Overall, this is a good laptop with its reasonable price, considering its mobility and performance. Flight Simulator X's graphic was great.

I just got the email and the computer, I love it so far and I don't see any problems. One thing I've noticed with othe companies is they alreay start the computer up and placed my name as the user name and updated my computer. I would still recommend your company to my military buddies. Thanks and loving it.

It took a lot longer to receive than i expected but once i got it it was fine

Laptop is working well. It is bigger/heavier than I thought, but I love being able to actually play the games I want outside of the home. :)
