Have had my Laptop for just over a month now, no problems at all. Good quality, big upgrade over my last laptop. Now if we can get rid of Vista, everything will be good. I know windows 7 comes out in October, I pray is better than Vista.

So far the system runs well. I don't have a lot of experience with gaming laptops, and what I bought was based on an "entry-level gamer" set of performance and memory specs ... it's mostly for my 8-year-old up and coming video gamer -- but I can at least say that it has had no problems running the kinds of graphic-intensive kid-games that I had in mind. It's hard to judge whether or not the PC-building job these guys have done is merely okay or superb, since it's seems more a matter of integration of other vendor's components (like Intel and NVidia, for example). But the laptop looks great and performs great. That's worth excellent marks in my book. I'm hoping it will hold up for at least 5 years. So far the folks at cyberpowerpc give me reason to believe it will.

I love my new notebook!! It was delivered much sooner than I expected. I really enjoyed watching my order status as my notebook went from warehouse to testing to shipping. Sales staff were very very helpful. I paid for my notebook with my Visa debit card but I was unaware that there was a daily limit. The sales people new exactly what I needed to do to get the limit increased. I will tell everyone I know about Cyberpower.

Overall my notebook is great! Good speed, graphics, etc. However, the CD/DVD drive failed after only 3 months. The ease of replacement was excellent, but it should not have failed.

Computer met all expectations on performance, but had a few problems with the windows operating system at the beginning. Overall, the computers built by cyberpowerpc give consumers the most bang for their buck. I'm looking forward to building and buying my next system through cyberpowerpc!!!
