Great product. The bang for my buck was way better than anything I could find elsewhere. It looks way better than the pictures make it look. It plays games well and does everything I need it to do. There was a little hiccup with the shipping (something about product testing) but it still got here in time for my needs. 5/5

When i picked up my laptop, I was told that the laptop carrying case was out of stock, but a case would be mailed to me! I am still waiting for my laptop case to arrive via the mail. I am a repeat customer, having purchased two desktops and a laptop in the past two years.
