Drivers not pre-installed or tested. I had to reinstall some things, otherwise no complaints

First, I was impressed with how well the PC was packed. I wasn't sure it would make the long trip to Chicago in one piece. Everything looked really nice. It took me about 5-minutes to set it up. This was the first PC I purchased in about 5-years, so when I powered it and saw how fast the processor booted, I was pleased. Good job.

Although the service and delivery were subpar, the system is excellent. While I had no idea what sort of case I was getting with this system, the case it arrived in was impressive. I particularly like the rails on it that makes it easy to move when hooking it up to the tv, receiver, etc. The server is very, very quiet, set up was easy, and I'm impressed by how well it handles multiple media applications simultaneously with ease and speed. I would recommend the server and your company to anyone else looking for a great media server, just not for Christmas delivery.

Well, I've made so many changes to the system that I'm not sure if you can really call it the PC Ultra 9000! :P Regardless, I'm VERY happy with my system.

2 out of 5 Stars I ordered the Ultra 9000 Media Center PC "fully" loaded. After 1 week I called to get a status and there were no updates. Into the second week I received a call that the Dual Tuner I ordered (so I could watch one show while recording another was out of stock). According to my sales rep, they have been out of dual tuners for months (would have been nice to know that when I called to get my status). When I told them I would wait until they were back in stock I was told that it will take several more months to get a Dual TV tuner in (they couldn't tell me the brand or model # that they were gonna use). Basically they gave me 4 options: 1> Cancel my order, which the sales rep seemed more than happy to do. 2> Send it without a TV tuner and purchase/install one myself 3> Live with a single TV tuner 4> Install 2 single TV tuners (they weren't sure if it would work with Vista) When I asked to speak with a manager they refused to transfer me. Apparently your sales rep is your manager and they will absolutely refuse to allow you to speak to anyone other than the person assigned to your account. They also refused to allow you to speak with anyone about the issue of the website offering products that they don't carry (note, the website still allows you to choose the dual TV tuner). I did end-up purchasing the PC and had to install my own TV tuner. The machine itself is extremely noisy and didn't have any of the latest Vista drivers installed.
