System started no problems windows vista loaded and ran fine. I don't seem to have a problem with windows but purchased the up grade just the same. I love this computer. Thank you CyberPower

Parts were loose during shipping, provided nothing was damaged in transite this is a very good system.

rating it @ 5 expecting it to run fine and not turn off within an hour for no reason and not be able to turn on again - after I get it back from being repaired
