I've only played it for 8 hours straight and it is very quiet with a little just a little hum. It didn't overheat at all even when i was playing games and surfing the web. I hooked it up to a 46 inch LCD tv and the sounds to a receiver and they worked directly out of the box (in a sense). The only hitch I got was when playing star craft2 , it would suddenly crash and reboot on me during the initial cutscenes. I figured that problem out and now it is good to go. Definitely a good buy and well worth it.

The system I purchased was very modified from what was listed but I spent a lot of time studying the different components to get exactly what I was looking for. Everything I chose turned out to be perfect. It's a total powerhouse system and it turned out to be well priced. Yes it was a little pricey from what I originally was intending to spend but I believe it turned out to be well worth it.
