The computer runs like a champ. The components available for customizing are excellent and up to date. I was concerned about the HDDs. I pick ed the upgrade and they ended being WD black. Cyberpower had installed quality HDDs instead of going cheap. Have not needed Tech Support after about a week of operation. I have a feeling that they won't be needed. It runs that good. Bob

All arrived as ordered. The items were very well packed and arrived in excellent conditon. The system has no issues and is running very well. I am very pleased with my purchase. This system runs so silently you do not even know it is on. Kind of takes some getting used to.

Only one issue - the ATI 5870 card is so big it blocks 2 of the hard drive bays, but that's ATI's deal. Components were well assembled and cabling securely & efficiently routed.

This machine is running the latest games easily and I expect it to do so for around 4 or 5 years. I built my last pc. I decided to go here because building your own can be a real pain when you have to trouble shoot. Seems like the price is great on the hardware. The wires were nicely routed and neat so the machine looks great with a window in the case. Very satisfied with this build.

so far , so good. I was going to build my second system when I came across CyberPower in a Web search. I used there site to custom build a PC and found the price to be extremely reasonable, so I decided to not build my own and rather have someone else do it. Everything seems to be working great except for the built-in fan speed, thermostat display unit. After a couple of days it didn't seem to be working properly. I went to go push the reset button on the display and the whole unit pushed into the casing. It came loose and is just hanging inside the tower. I guess I'll have to open it up and see if I can fix it. I don't know if this was CyberPower's fault or if it came loose during shipping.
