All good so far. It came with a wireless network card that I wasn't really clear it had. Maybe I missed the option somewhere, but I would have either removed it to save money or upgraded it to an N card if I'd been aware.

I am really enjoying the new computer. The only thing that had me a little upset was that there were 2 items for my build that had been back ordered, which pushed back the build/ship date. I was really excited about the new computer and checked daily to see if it had shipped yet. When it had not shipped the day after it was scheduled, I called customer service to find out why. This is when I found out that there were back-ordered items. I would have greatly appreciated a phone call or even simply an email stating that there were items that were on back-order and a general idea when the parts were expected.

The computer arrived right on time, and after a brief set-up, was running like a champ. The wiring was done very well, with no cables laying on sister-boards or in front of fans. The system runs very cool, I checked it constantly during the first week, indeed I have yet to feel warm air being blow out of it. As for the software and OS, I have experienced only minor difficulties (crashes, errors), I believe this is entirely the fault of Widows 7 which I had installed at the time of purchase. I have always wanted to own a computer that was exclusively dedicated to video gaming, thank you for helping me make this dream a reality.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I enjoy my pc. I wish you would inform people that you our backordered or out of stock on some items. Another helpful thing you could add is if someones heatsink or aftermarket cooler is blocking a fan. This could make them remake their decision to get a smaller cooler to keep their fans intact. I know I would have.
